As soon as MA WI ME has received an order notification we will process the order. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible.
We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

We accept PayPal / Most of credit cards for the countries outside of Balkan area.
Cash on delivery is only available for Balkan countries.

Albania: 6-7 working days / 6€ (Free Shipping on orders above 100€)
North Macedonia: 6-7 working days / 6€ (Free Shipping on orders above 100€)
Montenegro: 6-7 working days / 6€ (Free Shipping on orders above 100€)
Europe: 8-10 working days / 25€
USA: 10-15 working days / 30€
Asia: 15-18 working days / 30€
Rest of the world: 18-22 working days / 30€
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
To return or exchange items, contact us at shop@mawime.com with your order number and specify if its a return or an exchange and we will send out return shipping labels. Please note there will be a return shipping fee of 15 EURO for all orders.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
Close the box and tape it securely.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts. You may cancel your order before your Items have been dispatched, please email your cancellation marked ‘urgent cancellation’ to shop@mawime.com and list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
